When you request a quote, book a service, or contact Grace Services, we may collect:

- Service records: description of work requested, job notes, photos (if shared)
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers
- Call data: calling phone number, call duration, audio recordings, AI-generated transcripts
- SMS data: message content and timestamps for appointment-related communications
- AI caller memory: concise summaries of key facts from your previous interactions (service type, issues reported), stored in an encrypted vector database on our servers. Never shared with third parties. You may request deletion at any time.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, schedule, and complete handyman services
- Send appointment confirmations and technician status updates (SMS/phone)
- Generate estimates and invoices
- Improve our AI scheduling and customer service systems
- Comply with California law (CIPA call recording, TCPA SMS consent, CCPA/CPRA rights)
4. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with trusted service providers essential to our operations. We do not sell your personal information. Our key sub-processors include:
- Twilio Inc. — call routing, call recording storage, SMS delivery, and phone number management (privacy.twilio.com)
- OpenAI, L.P. — real-time voice AI during calls (openai.com/privacy). Processed under a Data Processing Addendum; OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default.
- ElevenLabs, Inc. — text-to-speech synthesis during calls (elevenlabs.io/privacy)
- Google LLC / Vertex AI — AI scheduling and response assistance (cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-terms)
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
All processors operate under written data-protection agreements and are prohibited from selling or sharing your data.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request under California Privacy Rights Act §1798.120(c).
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is 100% secure; however, we minimize the data we collect and retain.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
